Artificial Intelligence EngineerJoin Arsenalia as an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to help build and deploy AI solutions across our clients and internal products.ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect AI-based solutions using the latest Microsoft technologies.Support the sales team throughout the AI solution design and sales process.Lead the analysis of client processes and requirements.Design and implement innovative AI solutions for mid-sized and large companies within Digital Transformation initiatives.Stay in touch with the latest innovations in the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.Explore additional Microsoft platforms and technologies such as Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and the Data Platform.Stay up to date with advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and Microsoft's AI ecosystem (e.g., Copilot, Azure OpenAI).Participate in client meetings and workshops to understand business needs and translate them into technical architectures.Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demos to support the sales process.Act as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them through the adoption of AI technologies and Microsoft platforms.QualificationsKnowledge of AI technologies and platforms (AWS, Azure).Familiarity with Natural Language Processing and prompt engineering.Experience developing applications on the Microsoft platform.At least 2 years of development experience with C# / .NET.Curiosity and interest in emerging technologies.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good command of English (B2 level).Availability for short- and medium-term business travel.Ability to interface with clients and support them throughout all project phases (preferred).Experience in project management (preferred).BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional growth, personal well-being, and work-life balance.Our welfare platform includes healthcare support, digital meal vouchers, flexible reimbursement options, and a variety of engagement initiatives such as team-building and mentoring programs.We also provide a modern open-space office environment, a clear career path through our internal Changemaker Path methodology, and continuous learning opportunities with certification and incentive programs.At Arsenalia, we value transparency, innovation, and a collaborative culture where every team member can make a meaningful impact.Seniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Information Technology#J-*****-Ljbffr
