Join to apply for the Project Manager role at ThalesProject Manager – TASI TurinWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join TASI Turin, operating within the DESI Operation Unit in Torino.The role focuses on the program management of LEO and first lunar elements during the operative phase, coordinating the full project team and interfacing with agencies, customers, and stakeholders.Key DutiesCoordinate the project team for all aspects of team working.Manage customer interfaces, building trust and communication with customers.Manage the assigned budget in terms of cost and schedule control of the programs.Manage the project, especially actions decided within the monthly program reviews.Support project requests in terms of resource adequacy and manage intra-domain mobility of work and/or resources.Manage program resources in accordance with the approved commercial scenario.Manage bids/changes and/or project stakeholders, including those belonging to other domains or competence centers.Coordinate the project team in difficult situations or crises to reach recovery plans.Control CBB/EAC and cash flow in coordination with the finance controller.Manage risks & opportunities.Prepare monthly progress reports with the program core team and interface with customers for clarification if requested.Prepare internal monthly dashboards jointly with the CFO.Skills and QualificationsProject management and, preferably, associated certification.Team building and coordination.Detailed planning and profitability.Feasibility and economic impacts.Risk and opportunities analysis and control plans.Decision-making capability.Establish work plans and staffing for each phase of the program.Ensure project meets requirements and objectives."Earned-value" techniques analysis & project metrics.Transition & change management.Continuous improvement.Supply chain management.New product development.Good knowledge of financial parameters.Fluent English.EducationMaster's degree or equivalent qualification in aerospace engineering or a major scientific discipline.Other InformationSeniority level: Not applicableEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Project Management and Information TechnologyIndustries: Aviation and Aerospace Component Manufacturing and Defense and Space Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
