Categoria:Industrial / Manufacturing Luogo di lavoro:Torino e provinciaLa figura di Rubber Mounts Specialist sarà responsabile dello sviluppo, caratterizzazione e validazione di componenti antivibranti basati su sistemi gomma/metallo, con focus su prestazioni meccaniche, durabilità, adattamento dinamico e compatibilità chimico-ambientale.Il ruolo richiede una profonda conoscenza dei materiali elastomerici e delle interazioni meccaniche tra gomma e substrati metallici.ResponsabilitàProgettazione e ottimizzazione di supporti antivibranti (silent block, engine mounts, etc.) in gomma/metallo per applicazioni ad alta sollecitazione dinamica.Selezione e caratterizzazione di mescole elastomeriche in base a requisiti di modulo dinamico.Definizione delle specifiche tecniche per l'accoppiamento gomma/metallo, inclusi trattamenti superficiali, adesivi e processi di bonding.Analisi FEM non lineari (iperelasticità, viscoelasticità, contatti) per simulare l'adattamento del sistema in condizioni reali.Collaborazione con laboratori per test meccanici (compressione, taglio, trazione, fatica) e dinamici (frequenza naturale, risposta armonica, NVH).Supporto alla produzione per la risoluzione di problematiche legate a stampaggio, adesione, scarti e controllo qualità.Interfaccia tecnica con fornitori di mescole, adesivi e trattamenti superficiali.RequisitiIl/la candidato/a ideale dovrebbe possedere: Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o un titolo equivalente.Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni nello sviluppo di componenti in gomma/metallo in settori come automotive, ferroviario, difesa o machinery.Conoscenza approfondita delle proprietà fisico-meccaniche della gomma e dei relativi processi di lavorazione.Familiarità con processi di bonding gomma/metallo.Capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente.Un approccio orientato alla risoluzione dei problemi tecnici.#J-*****-Ljbffr
