Our mission is to simplify how people discover and enjoy Forte dei Marmi by merging innovation with local tradition. We are building a seamless booking journey for visitors and locals alike. Our website launches in ****, followed by our dedicated mobile app in ****. Forte dei Marmi is only the beginning. We are also establishing an exclusive members club that will offer benefits, access, and privileges across multiple luxury destinations, creating a unified ecosystem of premium experiences. Role Description We are hiring a full-time, in-person Business Development Representative based in Forte dei Marmi, with an immediate start date. Although some administrative tasks can be completed from home, the core responsibilities must be performed physically in Forte dei Marmi and the surrounding regions. Your work will focus on identifying, approaching, and signing local businesses to join the platform. You will manage outreach, lead generation, relationship building, and partnership closing across beaches, restaurants, clubs, hotels, boutiques, sports venues, and other premium establishments. The role also includes expanding to neighbouring towns, where our high net worth Forte dei Marmi clientele can be directed, and where we will develop new events and partnership opportunities. We operate in the hospitality, tourism, and luxury experience sectors, and you will be a key part of shaping our presence and reputation in Italy. Compensation and Logistics This role is entirely commission-based. There is no cap on earnings. Your compensation grows with the number of businesses you sign. For example, signing 100 businesses at 1,000 euros each results in 50,000 euros in compensation. High performance is directly rewarded. All work-related expenses for travel and food are covered. We also provide dedicated accommodation in Forte dei Marmi for the duration of work, ensuring comfort and stability during the season. Qualifications Strong experience in Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development Proven ability in lead generation, outreach, and qualifying potential clients Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly proactive, organised, and confident in approaching new businesses Understanding of the hospitality, tourism, or luxury sector is a plus Fluency in Italian required; strong English proficiency is essential as we need someone we can communicate with internally Must be available to work physically in Forte dei Marmi and nearby towns J-*****-Ljbffr
