PV Project Manager – Fotovoltaico C&I | GreenYellow ItaliaMilano (ibrido) |RAL *****K in base alla seniority + bonusChi siamoGreenYellow è un player internazionale nato in Francia nel ****, oggi attivo in oltre 16 Paesi e tra i principali operatori europei in energia rinnovabile e efficienza energetica.In Italia, dal ****, accompagniamo le imprese industriali verso l'indipendenza energetica con soluzioni 100% finanziate e performance garantite.Crediamo in un modello meritocratico, trasparente e collaborativo, dove la velocità d'esecuzione e l'innovazione contano quanto la sostenibilità e l'impatto positivo.Perché questa posizioneSiamo in fase di forte espansione e cerchiamo una figura chiave nel team Operations che garantisca l'esecuzione di progetti fotovoltaici C&I di qualità, sicuri e in linea con obiettivi di performance e redditività.Il ruolo sarà essenziale per tradurre le ambizioni di crescita in risultati concreti sul campo.Cosa faraiCoordinare i partner EPC nelle fasi di progettazione, permitting e costruzione degli impianti.Supervisionare le attività in sito assicurando rispetto di tempistiche, standard tecnici e HSE.Verificare la conformità dei progetti alle normative nazionali e locali e ai requisiti di connessione.Gestire la comunicazione con clienti, progettisti, enti e fornitori per garantire flusso operativo costante.Garantire il completamento della documentazione e il passaggio efficiente al team Asset Management.Proporre soluzioni di miglioramento tecnico/economico e gestire attività di revamping o repowering.Promuovere e assicurare l'applicazione delle HSE Golden Rules di GreenYellow.Chi cerchiamo – Requisiti essenzialiLaurea in Ingegneria (Elettrica, Energetica, Meccanica, Civile o Industriale).3–5 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi nel settore fotovoltaico C&I.Padronanza di AutoCAD, PVsyst e strumenti di progettazione e monitoraggio.Solide competenze organizzative e di gestione commessa.Conoscenza della normativa tecnica e autorizzativa PV italiana.Disponibilità a trasferte regolari e idoneità al lavoro in quota.Inglese professionale.Requisiti apprezzatiEsperienza con EPC o utility nel fotovoltaico industriale rooftop.Background in due diligence tecniche o progetti di acquisizione impianti.Conoscenze base di contrattualistica tecnica e gestione varianti.Esperienza in progetti di revamping/repowering.Soft skillsSpirito imprenditoriale e orientamento al risultato.Attitudine collaborativa e responsabilità nel lavoro di squadra.Capacità di comunicazione chiara e gestione di stakeholder molteplici.Flessibilità e proattività nella risoluzione di problemi operativi.Cosa offriamoContratto a tempo indeterminato.RAL ************* euro + bonus variabile.Lavoro ibrido da Milano (2 giorni di smart working a settimana).Percorsi di formazione tecnica continua.Ambiente internazionale, dinamico e meritocratico con possibilità di crescita verso ruoli senior o Asset Manager.Come candidarsiSe vuoi contribuire in modo concreto alla transizione energetica, inviaci il tuo CVIl processo di selezione prevede: invio del curriculum, breve test tecnico, call introduttiva con Mastro HR e incontro con il nostro Hiring Manager.GreenYellow Italia è il posto giusto per chi vuole mettere energia nel proprio futuro.#J-*****-Ljbffr
