Azienda del settore distribuzione prodotti chimici Manpower ricerca EHS Specialist per azienda del settore chimico.Descrizione del ruoloSiamo alla ricerca di EHS Specialist motivati, anche Junior e/o con breve esperienza, per supportare le operazioni aziendali nel garantire l'eccellenza in materia di Salute, Sicurezza e Ambiente (HSE).La risorsa avrà il compito di assicurare la conformità alle politiche di Gruppo, monitorare la salute dei lavoratori e promuovere una cultura della sicurezza attraverso attività formative mirate.Responsabilità principaliIdentificare e analizzare i requisiti legislativi in materia di Sicurezza e Ambiente.Sviluppare procedure e condurre analisi delle cause per incidenti e near miss.Effettuare valutazioni dei rischi e supportare le analisi di impatto ambientale per nuovi progetti.Gestire indicatori di performance EHS, reportistica e questionari EHS dei clienti.Collaborare a audit e ispezioni interne ed esterne.Organizzare ed erogare programmi di formazione sulla sicurezza.Garantire la conformità ai programmi di sorveglianza sanitaria.Agire come Responsabile Salute e Sicurezza per il sito di Cusago.Il profilo ideale possiedeSpiccate capacità analitiche, organizzative e di pianificazione.Approccio proattivo, orientato ai risultati e alla collaborazione.Autonomia operativa e capacità di gestire le priorità.Sede di lavoroOn-site presso il sito di Cusago (non raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici).OffertaInizio contratto: febbraio ****Tempo determinato/indeterminato, sulla base del profiloRetribuzione: min: 28,******,000 € (junior) 33,******,000 € (con esperienza)Livello: III CCNL CommercioTicket: 8 euro per giorno lavoratoLaurea magistrale in Scienze Ambientali, Sicurezza e Salute, Ingegneria Chimica o discipline affini, Laurea specifica sulla materia EHS e/o master.Esperienza: junior – profili neolaurati/e o con breve esperienza di stage/tempo determinato (1-2 anni) in ambito EHS; pregressa esperienza anche breve nel mondo chimico (seveso superiore) è un plus.Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e *****; Ottima conoscenza di italiano e inglese (scritto e parlato).#J-*****-Ljbffr
