Descrizione dell'offerta di lavoroOverviewCategoria : Industrial / ManufacturingLuogo di lavoro : LombardiaOverviewStiamo cercando un / una Production Manager esperto nel settore FMCG per supervisionare e ottimizzare i processi produttivi garantendo alta qualità e efficienza.La risorsa, riportando al Plant Manager, svolgerà le seguenti attività:Gestire e coordinare le attività di produzione garantendo il rispetto dei tempi e degli standard di qualità.Pianificare e ottimizzare le risorse produttive per massimizzare l\'efficienza operativa.Monitorare le performance dei processi produttivi e implementare miglioramenti continui.Supervisionare il team di produzione, promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro sicuro e collaborativo.Garantire la conformità alle normative di sicurezza e qualità.Collaborare con altri dipartimenti per allineare le strategie aziendali con gli obiettivi di produzione.Gestire il budget del reparto produzione e controllare i costi operativi.Analizzare i dati di produzione e redigere report per la direzione.RequisitiLaurea in Ingegneria o diploma tecnico.Conoscenza approfondita dei processi produttivi nel settore FMCG.Capacità di gestione e leadership per coordinare efficacemente team di lavoro.Competenze analitiche per monitorare e migliorare le performance produttive.Familiarità con le normative di sicurezza e qualità.Orientamento ai risultati e capacità di lavorare sotto pressione.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).J-*****-LjbffrCreare un avviso di lavoro per questa ricerca#J-*****-Ljbffr
