Durr Systems Italy S.p.A., a proud member of the multinational Dürr Group, is a global leader in providing cutting-edge automotive assembly systems.We deliver highly innovative products and services that cover every critical stage of vehicle production.At Dürr Group, we foster a culture of continuous innovation, collaboration, and sustainability.Our employees are empowered to grow professionally and contribute to advanced automotive manufacturing solutions worldwide.We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our Engineering Team in Beinasco.In this role, you will be responsible for software design and development related to conveyors and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), supporting both project execution and technical innovation.YOUR TASKSReview hardware design quality, identify electrical issues, and provide timely feedback to the hardware design teamImplement virtual commissioning using plant simulation toolsSupport R&D initiatives and drive technical innovation within the teamOrganize software kick-off meetings and facilitate software commissioning with master groupsDevelop and maintain standard software and AGV-related documentation, such as programming/configuration manuals, parameter setting instructions, and training materialsTrain and mentor junior engineers to build team capabilityProviding technical support in customer projects on a global scale as requiredGOALSDeliver software design and development according to project milestones and requirementsEnsure high quality of AGV software programs prior to commissioningSupport onsite commissioning activities and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) as neededYOUR QUALIFICATIONMinimum 5 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3 years focused on AGV software programming and commissioningExcellent proficiency in English (written and spoken).Italian and / or German or any other language skills is a plusProven experience in AGV software design, project implementation, and troubleshootingStrong knowledge of motion control and visualization design/programmingProficiency in Siemens TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley Studio ****, and C#Effective self-management skills to meet deadlines and project goalsStrong soft skills including creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, and communicationContract: Full-Time / Permanent contract with the companyThe search is open to candidates of both sexes (Law ******).Please read the privacy policy pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) ******** on data protection (GDPR)#J-*****-Ljbffr
