Hospitality Manager – Luxury Yachting

Star Yacht Groupis seeking an experiencedYacht Conciergeto deliverbespoke, high-level hospitality servicesfor luxury yachts and VIP guests.This role is central to creating seamless, personalized guest experiences, both onboard and ashore, ensuring exceptional service standards throughout the charter.The Yacht Concierge acts as a trusted point of contact for guests, coordinatingitineraries, shore excursions, reservations, and special requests, with a proactive and anticipatory approach.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Services & Experience:Anticipate guest needs, manage VIP requirements, and provide tailored recommendationsShore Excursions & Activities:Research, plan, and book local tours, restaurants, transportation, and exclusive experiences, acting as a destination expertArrival & Departure Management:Oversee guest arrivals and departures, including greetings, cabin checks, and luggage coordinationOnboard Logistics:Liaise with the interior and stewardess team to coordinate special requests, events, and celebrationsCommunication & Support:Serve as the main point of contact for guests, handle inquiries, and resolve issues with professionalism and discretionQualifications & RequirementsMinimum 3+ years' experiencein luxury hospitality (5-star hotel, luxury resort, ultra-luxury cruise, or yachting)Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skillsStronglocal knowledgeof destinations, restaurants, and activitiesProficiency withbooking systems and concierge toolsFluent Englishrequired; additional languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish) are highly valuedHigh level ofdiscretion, attention to detail, and guest-focused mindsetWorking EnvironmentFast-paced,high-pressure charter operationsFlexibility to workweekends, early mornings, and late hoursWhat We OfferWork within theLuxury Yachting & Hospitality sectorInternational and dynamic working environmentOpportunity to deliver truly bespoke guest experiencesCompetitive compensation based on experienceFull-time role withseasonal or permanent contract/smart workingJob Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 monthsWork Location: In person#J-*****-Ljbffr
