Company DescriptionEuroForce is dedicated to providing consultants who understand the local culture and business needs of our clients.We blend regional talent with extensive expertise and scalability across Europe to deliver top-tier technical solutions.Our commitment includes being responsive, accessible, flexible, and attentive to our client's needs.The position is hybrid or fully remote within Italy.Senior Salesforce Architect We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the design of smart, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.In this role, you'll shape end-to-end architectures, guide technical delivery, and bring clarity to complex business requirements — all while staying hands-on with the platform and mentoring our growing team.What You'll Do Own the architectural vision for multi-cloud Salesforce solutions Turn business needs into scalable, future-proof technical designs Lead and support the dev team through the full lifecycle Run technical assessments, reviews, and performance checks Drive integrations with external systems (APIs, middleware, connectors) Champion data model, security, and governance best practices Stay ahead of new Salesforce features and bring fresh ideas Support pre-sales with technical insights and effort estimates Mentor team members and help build reusable patterns & components What You Bring 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including 2+ years as Solution Architect Strong background across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, security/sharing, and data modeling Solid integration and API design experience (REST/SOAP) Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps (SFDX, Git, CI/CD pipelines) Confident leading workshops and communicating with any audience Experience working in agile environments Applicants must have native-level proficiency in Italian & fluent in English Must-Have Certifications Salesforce Certified Application Architect Data Architecture & Management Designer Integration Architecture Designer Sales, Service & Experience Cloud Consultant Platform App Builder Platform Developer I Administrator Nice-to-Have Salesforce Certified System Architect
