THE ROLEWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager, Denim to oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle of our denim category.You will work closely with Design, Merchandising, and Production to ensure that Off-WhiteTM denim collections align with brand vision, meet quality standards, and achieve business goals.WHAT YOU'LL DOProduct Development: Drive the development of denim collections from concept to final production, ensuring on-time delivery.Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with Design to translate creative ideas into viable products, and with Production to ensure quality, fit, and cost targets.Line Planning: Define and manage the denim assortment plan to meet collection strategy and sales targets.Costing & Pricing: Monitor product costs and propose retail price points aligned with market positioning.Operational Management: Oversee product coding, creation and maintenance of Bills of Materials (DIBA), and accurate data entry into PLM and ERP systems.Supplier Relations: Maintain strong partnerships with denim mills, laundries, and manufacturers to secure innovation and reliability.WHO YOU ARE:Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Business, or related field.At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Developer in premium/luxury fashion, with denim expertise.Strong understanding of fabrics, washes, and denim finishing techniques.Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.Proficiency in PLM tools, Excel, Adobe Package (Illustrator, InDesign).Fluent in Italian and English.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment with strong attention to detail.
