Are you ready to join a growing, global drug development and manufacturing organization that puts people first?Come to AdareWe work closely with our pharmaceutical industry partners during all phases of drug development and commercial manufacturing with a mission of improving the lives of patients and medicines essential to people all over the world.Each role and every department within Adare offer you a unique, customized experience with a chance to make a real impact, and is critical to our success.With the help of people like you dedicated to our mission, Adare is transforming lives by transforming drug deliveryJoin our mission at AdareWhat can Adare offer you?Health InsurancePension PlanBenefitsCareer growth and internal opportunitiesProduction bonusEmployee Recognition ProgramsWe are seeking to hire a Project Manager to contribute to our Project Management Team at Italian sites.If any of the below describes you, we would love to meet youJOB SUMMARYThe Project Manager is responsible for supporting and managing projects related to Commercial packaging projects in addition to supporting manufacturing and packaging Development and Technical Transfer projects in Italy.This includes effective project planning and monitoring, strategic alignment, multidisciplinary internal / external team coordination, process facilitation and communication both internally and externally.The position will require Project Management of multiple technical transfer projects and potentially ANDA / NDA development projects.This will involve working with the R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Technical Service management and team members to develop appropriate project management systems for an organization undergoing considerable growth.The Project Manager must be able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, develop project plans (timelines) and ensure the plan is executed on time, complete agendas, meeting minutes and risk registers.The position will require building positive working relationships that span all levels and functions of the organization and will report to the Vice President of Project Management.RESPONSIBILITIES AND LEARNING OPPORTUNITIESManages the assigned Adare projects for Pharmaceutical Development, Technical Transfer and Packaging projects via optimal project planning and monitoring as well as coordinates with cross-functional project teams to deliver project results.Leads internal and external (customer) meetings, completes agendas, meeting minutes and project timelines using Adare's Project Management System.Manages internal and external customers' expectation and critical development timelines.Tracks and ensures monthly and yearly forecasted revenue targets are being met for assigned projects; works with the project team to identify associated risks and mitigation plans.Understands signed proposal activities being executed by the project team, identifies out of scope activities, requests and reviews the appropriate Change Order to document new work being executed.Seeks timely progress for actions and resolves issues; follows up on critical action items and alerts all stakeholders of potential roadblocks or delays.Prepares bi-weekly project status reports and other project updates or reviews needed by the organization and presents them to upper management.Supports different process initiatives and harmonization to improve pharmaceutical development and technical transfer productivity and performance.Participates and successfully completes all training as required by the company.Performs other tasks assigned by the PM Director.REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in a related field from a four-year accredited university or college.Experience in the main business sectors and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry; CDMO experience is preferred but not required.A minimum of 2 years' experience in Project Management.Experience in Pharmaceutical Packaging, preferably blister packaging.Experience in management of Pharmaceutical Development and Technical Transfer Projects is preferred but not required.Proficient in English and Italian.Familiarity with Project Management and Risk Management approaches and methodologies; a PMP or similar certification is preferred but not mandatory.Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).Ability to coordinate, contribute to and work within cross-functional teams.Excellent organizational skills.Adare Pharma is an equal opportunity employer & prohibits unlawful discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity / expression, national origin / ancestry, age, disability, marital & veteran status.#J-*****-Ljbffr
