Overview Smartness, we are building the future of hospitality tech.Our SaaS helps lodging providers boost revenues by 30%+ and get more direct bookings.We are the fastest-growing B2B SaaS in the industry, trusted by 4,000+ clients across 40+ countries, with billions of euros in bookings processed.Backed by top international investors and named one of Italy's Top 10 LinkedIn Startups, we are on a mission to scale globally.About The RoleAs a Partnership Manager in the Hotel and Vacation rental sector, you will drive revenue growth and market expansion by building, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships across Italy and Europe.You will be responsible for identifying high-impact partners, leading outreach initiatives, and owning end-to-end partnership negotiations, from first contact to signed agreement and ongoing development.This full-time role offers a significant opportunity to shape our partnership strategy in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment, with a strong focus on measurable business impact (ARR) and long-term, process-driven collaboration.You will work closely with our commercial leadership, gaining deep exposure to sales, go-to-market, and partner enablement while developing a scalable partner ecosystem.What Will You Do?Research and identify high-potential partners (e.g. travel tech providers, marketing agencies, distribution platforms) aligned with our go-to-market and revenue strategyLead structured outbound activities: map target accounts, source decision-makers, run outreach (calls, emails, events) and secure partnership meetings across Italy and EuropeOwn end-to-end partnership cycles: from first contact and value proposition, to negotiation and signature of collaboration agreementsBuild, nurture and expand a portfolio of strategic partners, driving joint initiatives (referrals, reseller motions, co-marketing) that generate measurable ARR and long-term relationshipsWhat We're Looking ForCommercial professional with proven experience in sales, business development or partnerships, ideally in travel, hospitality or vacation rentalsStrong relationship builder with a track record of creating and nurturing long-term strategic partnerships or managing key accountsHunter mindset, comfortable with outbound prospecting, high-volume calling and meeting generation across Italy and EuropeHighly structured and process-oriented, able to design, manage and optimize scalable partnership workflows and CRM trackingData-driven, able to connect activities to ARR impact and work towards ambitious growth targetsAutonomous, proactive and hands-on, willing to travel to meet partners and represent the company externallyFluency in Italian and English is essential;
