Datwyler is a high-tech company focused on high-quality, system-critical elastomer components, with a presence in healthcare, mobility, connectivity, industry and food & beverage.With over 25 production sites on four continents and 8,000 employees, the company is headquartered in Switzerland and generates more than CHF 1,000 million in annual sales.IT Quality Systems Expert – Role summary: The IT Quality Systems Expert is globally responsible for designing, developing and maintaining enterprise architecture solutions that support the Quality area within the organization.Date: Dec ****** • Location: Pregnana Milanese, IT • Company: DatwylerResponsibilitiesLead IT aspects of application implementation projects, including requirement analysis, solution design and user training.Provide expert application support, resolve incidents independently or coordinate with specialized teams, and implement application changes and updates.Engage with production and quality stakeholders to understand challenges, translate needs into technical specifications, and partner with IT teams to deploy effective solutions.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of production and quality processes and relevant IT technologies (SAP, LIMS, eQMS), research emerging technologies and best practices.Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user proficiency and create comprehensive documentation.Seek continuous professional development, evolve into a senior IT expert, and act as an internal consultant for the business on IT solutions.QualificationsMaster's degree in a scientific or technology-related field or equivalent practical experience.Minimum five years of relevant experience.Strong understanding of Manufacturing and Quality Management processes.Expertise in business applications, specifically Labware LIMS, eQMS or SAP ERP.Familiarity with lean manufacturing, JIT, process mapping and optimization methodologies.Experience with system integration and data migration.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to acquire new IT skills and functional application knowledge.Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.Willingness to travel when needed.At Datwyler, you will experience diversity, wide career opportunities, digitalization, sustainability, and a global environment with training and assignments that allow you to contribute your creativity and ideas.#J-*****-Ljbffr
