Company DescriptionCinque Terre Riviera is a premier incoming tour operator in Cinque Terre, Liguria Region.We offer a curated selection of exquisite apartments and hillside farmhouses, inspected regularly to ensure quality and comfort for our guests.By working directly with property owners, we provide a personalized vacation experience and are available for assistance before, during, and after your stay.Our mission is to help guests enjoy an authentic Italian vacation, enriched by local insights, activities, and touring ideas.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role for a Booking & Operations Coordinator located in Vernazza.The coordinator will manage day-to-day booking and operations tasks, including handling customer inquiries, managing reservations, providing guest support, and ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.The role involves close collaboration with property owners and the operational team to maintain high standards of service.QualificationsStrong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and property owners.Administrative Assistance and Operations Management experience to handle bookings, reservations, and other operational tasks efficiently.Proficiency in Analytical Skills to address challenges and propose effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of the Cinque Terre region and fluency in Italian and English; additional language skills, especially Italian, are a plus.Availability to work on-site in Vernazza and familiarity with tourism or hospitality operations is a plus (we do provide regional train tickets).Main Responsibilities:Manage and update property listings onPMS and OTAs(Airbnb, Booking, Expedia, VRBO, etc.)Handle guest communication from booking confirmation until check-inCollect and process guest documents forpolice registration (Questura)Provide clear, complete information to guests before arrivalCoordinate with the local check-in team to ensure smooth arrivalsMonitor online performance, reviews and quality standardsStrongproblem-solvingand organisational skillsResidence within theprovince of La Spezia(easily reachable by train)We Offer:Excellent pay, based on skills and experienceTrain season pass includedTraining and professional development in an international environmentA stable role within a respected local tourism company
