Il nostro cliente, leader internazionale nello sviluppo, costruzione e gestione di impianti fotovoltaici, parte di un Gruppo Internazionale, è alla ricerca di un/una O&M Engineer da inserire nel team Engineering italiano, con focus su progetti di revamping e repowering di impianti fotovoltaici utility scale.La branch italiana si trova in una fase strategica di forte espansione: l'headquarter tedesco sta investendo in modo strutturato nello sviluppo del mercato italiano, con l'obiettivo di costruire un team ad alto valore tecnico e commerciale, capace di crescere rapidamente e di giocare un ruolo chiave nella transizione energetica del Paese.Il progetto unisce il dinamismo di una startup alla solidità di un grande gruppo internazionale, garantita dal supporto e dal know-how di Gruppo.Un contesto ideale per professionisti che vogliono essere protagonisti di una fase di sviluppo ambiziosa e concreta nel settore delle energie rinnovabili.Responsabilità:Progettazione e supervisione del design elettrico (BT/MT) per interventi di revamping/repoweringAnalisi requisiti tecnici clienti e gestione delle Technical QueriesPreparazione/revisione di specifiche tecniche e documentazione fornitoriSupporto tecnico in budgeting, costruzione e operationSelezione delle tecnologie più idonee (moduli, inverter, strutture, storage)Ottimizzazione delle prestazioni dell'impianto e riduzione dei costiMonitoraggio delle attività dalla progettazione alla messa in servizioCollaborazione con procurement, sales, legal e altre funzioniRequisiti:Laurea magistrale in ingegneria elettrica.Preferibile iscrizione all'Albo Ingegneri – Sezione A3–5 anni di esperienza in engineering in ambito construction/O&MOttima conoscenza progettazione elettrica BT/MT e normative (es. CEI 0-16)Preferibile esperienza in connessioni PV, HV, BESSCompetenza con AutoCAD, Amper, PVSyst, PVCase, ProledItaliano e inglese fluentiSoft skills: leadership, problem solving, comunicazione efficace, proattivitàSede operativa: Milano con disponibilità a sporadiche trasferte alla sede di LatinaInquadramento e Retribuzione: Contratto a tempo indeterminato CCNL Metalmeccanico, RAL indicativa ************* €, MBO, formazione continua e inserimento in un contesto internazionale in crescita.La ricerca è rivolta a persone di entrambi i sessi.Inviare dettagliato curriculum vitae con autorizzazione al trattamento dei dati personali ai sensi del Reg.UE ********.
