OverviewAs a valued member of ourJet2holidaysResort team, you'll play a key role in creating memories and unforgettable holiday experiences for our customers.Your local knowledge and passion for customer service will be memorable.You will work as one team with our internal and external suppliers whilst taking responsibility for resolving customer queries or problems using our in-house digital systems.What do we offer you?In this role you will representJet2holidaysas a Resort Customer Helper but will be employed by ourthird-party agency, who partner with us to deliver our service.Excellent SalaryFully paid training and IT equipment providedMonthly 1-to-1 meetings with your Team LeaderCareer growth acrossJet2.com & Jet2holidaysWeekly time offMonthly rosters shared in advanceWhat will I do?As aResort Representative, you'll report directly to the Resort Team Leader and work closely with internal and external partners to deliverVIP industry leading customer service.You'll be at the heart ofcreating memoriesfor our customers.Create MemoriesThrough scheduled hotel visits and virtual interactions via our internal systems on a tablet device, you'll provide award-winning customer service that leaves a lasting impression.By sharing your local knowledge, you'll recommend tailored experiences and attractions that perfectly match our customers' interests to enhance their stay.Take ResponsibilitySupport our customers during any disruptions, emergencies, or escalations in resort, providing calm, confident assistance when it matters most.Be PresentRepresentJet2holidaysduring hotel visits and respond to queries via video call and messaging whilst delivering friendly and efficient support.Work as One TeamOn busy flight days you may be rostered to support our Airport team assisting with arrivals and departures to ensure a smooth start and end to our customers' journey.What do I need?Right to Work DocumentsAs our third-party agency employ on local contracts, you will already hold full right to work documents forItaly.Travel & AccommodationYou will already be a driver with access to your own motorised vehicle with appropriate insurance.Operational travel expenses will be reimbursed.You will already be living in the destination or be able to arrange your own accommodation.FlexibilityWe aim to provide your roster 4 weeks in advance.Your roster can include early starts, late finishes, split shifts & weekend working.You will be required to support with any flight disruption, serious emergencies in resort & customer escalations.Skills & ExperienceCustomer service experience is a plus, but not essential.You must be solution oriented, friendly and positive, be confident and comfortable to usedigital systems(on a tablet device).What can I expect after I have applied?Once your application has been reviewed by our Talent Acquisition Team, you\'ll be invited to complete a short video interview.If successful, you\'ll progress to the final stage, an in-person interview with ourJet2holidaysDestination Management team and third-party agency.Want to know more about the role?Click the link belowJet2holidays Resort Customer Helper - VideoTo meet some of our amazing team and for a peek into life atJet2holidays, follow our Facebook Page:Jet2Careers OverseasReady for Take off?Join theUK's Number One Tour Operator#J-*****-Ljbffr
