UNA Italian Hospitality è la più grande catena alberghiera italiana attiva in Italia con 59 hotel, resort e residence distribuiti in 30 destinazioni e sta attualmente ricercando una persona da inserire nel ruolo diPASTRY CHEF DE PARTIEall'interno della nostra strutturaUNA HOTELS Expo Fiera Milanosituata a Pero (MI).La risorsa, in stretta collaborazione con lo Chef, si occuperà della definizione dei dolci in relazione al menu sia del Ristorante à la carte che per i servizi di colazione e, infine, per la banchettistica.Nel ruolo di PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE, la Risorsa contribuirà a:Preparare una vasta gamma di prodotti quali: pasticceria dolce e salata per la ristorazione e la prima colazione, prodotti lievitati da ristorazione, biscotteria, gourmandise di fine pasto, dolci al cucchiaio e monoporzioni da caffetteria;Preparare la mise-en-place per il servizio;Gestire gli ordini e le scorte per la parte pasticceria;Gestire l'attività nel laboratorio di pasticceria in maniera autonoma ed efficiente;Garantire qualità nel servizio, il rispetto delle norme di igiene e sicurezza e la manutenzione dei beni aziendali;Mantenere una relazione professionale ed eticamente corretta con tutti i colleghi, fornitori e ospiti;Svolgere le suddette attività nel rispetto di tutte le norme relative all'HACCP (controllo temperature frigoriferi, etichettatura delle pietanze lavorate e non, sanificazione della postazione di lavoro, corretto utilizzo dei prodotti previsti dal protocollo sanitario, etc.).COSA OFFRIAMO?Tempo determinato di 1 anno con possibilità di trasformazione a tempo INDETERMINATO (CCNL SETTORE TURISMO);Mensa Aziendaleper ogni giornata di lavoro effettivo;Parcheggio Gratuitoall'interno della struttura;Percorsi formativiper migliorare la propria professionalità;Percorsi dicrescita professionale;Utilizzo ditariffe dedicateper i dipendenti di Gruppo UNA S.P.A. e per i loro familiari più stretti in tutte le59 strutture della Catena Alberghiera;Premio annuo di risultato aziendale,come da Contratto Integrativo Aziendale;Agevolazioni,scontisticheeservizi di Welfare legate al UNIPOL Gruppo S.P.A.:Polizze assicurative, Noleggio a lungo termine ecc..;Agevolazioni bancarie con BPER.REQUISITI RICHIESTI:Esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo;Capacità di lavoro in team e di gestione dello stress.Disponibilità a turni spezzatiORARIO:Turni diurni e serali (anche turno spezzato);Full time 40 ore settimanali - 5 /7 (lun - dom).In Gruppo UNA S.P.A. valorizziamo la diversità in tutte le sue forme.
