Molteni Group is the leading independent industrial group in the high-end furniture sector, internationally recognized for its Italian-made production, design excellence, and long-term product quality.The Group collaborates with the most prestigious architectural firms and designers worldwide and continuously invests in research, innovation, and advanced manufacturing technologies.TheInterior Design Departmentplays a strategic role within Molteni&C, acting as the link between design, sales, and production.The team supports showrooms, partners, and clients worldwide by developing interior design projects, layouts, and technical documentation, ensuring coherence with the brand's design language, product systems, and technical standards.THE PROGRAMTheMolteni&C Global Interior Design Programmeis a structuredjob rotation internship programmedesigned to develop young talents and prepare them for an international career within the Group.The programme starts with aninternship assignmentin the I nterior Design Departmentat the Group Headquarters in Giussano, where participants will build a solid foundation in interior design processes, tools, and methodologies.During the programme, participants will rotate through different departments, gaining cross-functional exposure and developing a comprehensive understanding of the business.Thefinal goal of the programmeis to build, assess, and consolidate technical, sales and interpersonal competencies, with the objective of preparing participants for afuture international assignmentwithin one of the Molteni Group showrooms worldwide.LEARNING GOALSManagement of the "customer requirements scheme" working on layouts.Management of the "preliminary and executive design", knowledge of drafting tools and project presentations.Drawings, diagrams, textual contents and reference tables necessary for the configuration of the different projects.Management of "documentation" in a dynamic design context (revisions, ancillary documents, data storage system structure).Inter-functional "negotiation" techniques, design models in inter-functional co-design.EDUCATION AND COMPETENCIESDegree in Architecture or Interior Design.Proficient in SW Vector Works or Autocad (in any case training will be provided).Action oriented, drive for results.Sales attitude.Ability to synthesize and support team design management.Strong communication skills to maintain a good relationship with peers.Highly proactive and enjoys a fast-paced environment.Willingness to move cross company departments and locations.Fluent in English.Interest to move abroad at the end of the training.Molteni is the leading independent industrial Group in the high-end furniture sector with Italian-made production.As well as collaborating with the most prestigious international architectural firms and designers, the Group constantly invests in research and technological innovation to provide its products with an intrinsic quality that lasts over time.It includes three brands: Molteni&C (indoor and outdoor furniture, kitchens, and bespoke furnishings), UniFor (workspace solutions) and Citterio (partition walls and office furniture).
