OverviewJoin to apply for theSite Construction Engineerrole atExergy ORCEXERGY are the developers, engineers and producers of Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) systems, with the innovative, pioneering Radial Outflow Turbine.ORC systems are used for power production from renewable energy sources, including biomass, solar, geothermal energy and waste heat recovery.They perform with greater efficiency and flexibility than traditional Rankine cycle and operate under diverse conditions.EXERGY undertake the development and manufacturing process of the ORC turbine and plant internally.This includes R&D, testing, engineering, project management and after-sales service.EXERGY is part of China\'s TICA GROUP, an international high-tech group with annual turnover of approx 1 Billion $ with more than ***** employees across the globe.We are looking for a motivated Construction Engineer that will support us in managing on-site activities, coordinating contractors, and ensuring that construction progresses according to design, schedule, and safety standards.Duties & ResponsibilitiesReport directly to the Construction Manager and support site activities during erection and commissioning.Supervise subcontractors and site staff, ensuring works are performed in line with project requirements.Prepare necessary site documentation, including daily/weekly site reports, equipment handover protocols, and installation checklists.Attend and contribute to scheduled meetings (daily, weekly, monthly) with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.Check technical designs, drawings, and procedures to ensure compliance with standards.Provide technical support at site and assist in problem-solving.Track and follow-up on work schedules, reporting progress and delays to management.Assist in organizing materials, ensuring proper handling and safe storage.Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and sustainability standards.Support troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance activities under supervision.Act as a point of contact with subcontractors and client representatives for assigned tasks.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Energy Engineering.New graduates are encouraged to apply.Up to 2 years of relevant internship or site experience is a plus.Strong willingness to learn and develop technical and project management skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.Willing to travel abroad frequently (up to 70% of the time).Good organizational and teamwork skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.Competence in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.B driving license is required.Applications are welcome from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, religion, or any other protected characteristic, in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree No. ******** and other applicable anti-discrimination laws.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesRenewable Energy#J-*****-Ljbffr
