Join to apply for theInvestment Analystrole atKorkia .Are you an investment professional looking for your next career step at the forefront of the energy transition in Italy?Are you excited to join the ranks of one of the fastest-growing renewable energy players in Europe?Korkia is a global investor and developer accelerating the transition to renewable energy.Together with local partners, Korkia develops utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage (BESS) projects that drive meaningful financial returns and deliver renewable gigawatts transforming the global energy landscape.The company operates in nine markets across Europe, North and South America, powered by a team of 50 in-house professionals and over 75 local development partners.Established in ****, Korkia is a privately owned company with headquarters in Finland and offices in the United Kingdom and Chile.Role OverviewWe are looking for an Investment Analyst to join our Milan office and support the growth strategy of our renewable energy investment portfolio and business in Italy.This dynamic role combines financial analysis and modelling, stakeholder and portfolio management, as well as contributing to the successful investments and exits of our pipeline of solar, Agri-PV and BESS assets.You work as part of Korkia's investment team and report to the Italian Country Manager.ResponsibilitiesBusiness case analysis: support the evaluation, structuring, and execution of Korkia's renewable energy investments in Italy.Financial analysis and modelling: conduct financial modelling and valuation of projects before making investment decisions and at different stages of development.? Support in transactions: support the execution of transaction processes (acquisitions, new investments, or exits).Monitoring performance and governance: monitor project progress and performance, robust governance, and market trends to support investment decision-making and ensuring alignment of interests.Reporting and supporting materials: contribute to monthly company reporting, preparing presentations and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.QualificationsYou have a suitable higher academic degree and 2-3 years of work experience within the renewable energy sector (e.g. for an infrastructure investor, investment funds, M&A advisory), and you are looking for the next step in your career to further develop your skills and expertise.You have a passion for numbers, strong analytical skills, and experience in financial modeling, forecasting, valuation, and performance analysis.You are a great team player with a proactive and dynamic mindset.You thrive in a fast-paced, global and high-growth work environment and easily manage multiple priorities.This means you have excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in Italian and English.Benefits?
