Optima S.r.l., società parte del Gruppo Zucchetti, è attiva dal **** nel settore Information Technology.Optima opera principalmente nella lavorazione del vetro piano, ma offre soluzioni anche a tutti i settori di lavorazione con utensili su superfici piane.L'azienda si distingue per l'uso di tecnologie software avanzate e per il contatto diretto con i costruttori di tecnologie, affiancato a un team di consulenti e tecnici esperti in grado di comprendere e ottimizzare i processi aziendali.Grazie a questo approccio, Optima ha consolidato una vocazione internazionale, aprendo filiali all'estero e fornendo soluzioni innovative per diverse esigenze di mercato.Entrare in Optima significa far parte di un contesto dinamico e tecnologicamente all'avanguardia, con solide opportunità di crescita e confronto con professionisti esperti, supportati dalla solidità e dall'innovazione del Gruppo Zucchetti.Descrizione del ruoloLa risorsa selezionata sarà inserita nel team di sviluppo come responsabile di prodotto presso la sede di San Giovanni in Persiceto.Si occuperà della Suite per l'industria 4.0, gestendo il team e l'evoluzione del prodotto.Il candidato ideale è una persona curiosa, con solide capacità di gestione team, forte problem solving, orientata ai risultati e con eccellenti doti comunicative.Attività principaliGestione autonoma delle fasi progettuali e coordinamento con i team interni.Coordinare il team di sviluppo e collaborare con team cross-funzionali che contribuiscono allo sviluppo del prodotto.Pianificare backlog, fornire mentoring tecnico al team.Evolvere l'architettura del framework applicativo proprietario e dei client, garantendo scalabilità, manutenibilità e performance.Requisiti minimiLaurea triennale/magistrale in Informatica, Ingegneria o discipline affini con 5+ anni di esperienza documentata; in alternativa 5+ anni di esperienza nel ruolo.Almeno 3 anni di esperienza di sviluppo in C#/.NET (Framework e .NET Core).Padronanza dei Design Pattern per architetture a strati, DI/IoC.Sviluppo WPF (MVVM, binding, XAML) e web con ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core (API/REST).Buona conoscenza di SQL Server, modellazione dati e T-SQL.Conoscenza e utilizzo di SignalR (stack realtime) e dei protocolli/standard di comunicazione con dispositivi/PLC: OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT.Familiarità con strumenti di sviluppo e versioning: Microsoft Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, Git.Inglese scritto e parlato (buona padronanza).Disponibilità a trasferte limitate in Italia e all'estero.Requisiti preferenzialiConoscenza di C++ e/o Delphi.Conoscenza del ciclo DevOps e metodologia Agile (Scrum/Kanban).Esperienza con framework .NET WF e WCF.Conoscenza di PostgreSQL.Cosa offriamoInserimento in un contesto dinamico e in crescita.Autonomia e responsabilità nella gestione dei progettiPercorsi di formazione e aggiornamento continuo.Possibilità di operare su clienti italiani ed esteri.
