Hardware Design Engineer (Electronic Boards)Contract Rate: €250 - €300 per dayContract Type: 1 year ContractLocation: Onsite 4 days per week and 1 day working from home?The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Hardware Design Engineer with a strong background in electronic board design to support the development of electrically powered devices.You will be responsible for the end-to-end hardware design lifecycle , from schematic design through validation and compliance considerations.This role requires hands-on technical depth and practical experience designing real-world, production-ready hardware.?Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop electronic hardware boards for powered devicesCreate and maintain schematics using industry-standard schematic design toolsSelect and integrate electronic components, including DC-DC convertersDesign for and validate 220V powered devices , including safety considerationsAddress EMC/EMI requirements during design to ensure compliance and reliabilitySupport hardware testing, debugging, and design validationCollaborate with firmware, mechanical, and system engineers as requiredProduce clear technical documentation to support manufacturing and testing?Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience designing electronic hardware boardsStrong proficiency with schematic capture toolsSolid understanding of EMC/EMI principles and mitigation techniquesExperience working with 220V AC powered devicesHands-on experience using and designing with DC-DC convertersAbility to design robust, reliable hardware suitable for production environmentsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills?Nice to HaveExperience supporting hardware through certification or compliance testingExposure to low- and high-voltage mixed-signal designsExperience working closely with manufacturing or production teams
