About the RoleWe are seeking a talented and passionate technology professional to join our Clearing Architecture team in Rome. As a key member of our team, you will work on designing and implementing innovative solutions for our clearing systems, contributing to critical financial infrastructure that powers our operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain clearing architecture solutions using modern technologies and best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges in the clearing domainParticipate in the full software development lifecycle within an Agile/Scrum frameworkWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java, Python, and PL/SQLDevelop and optimize database solutions using SQLContribute to architectural decisions and technical documentationSupport continuous improvement initiatives and share knowledge with team membersRequired QualificationsTechnical Skills:Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software developmentGood programming skills inJavaandPythonProficiency inPL/SQLandSQLfor database development and optimizationExperience working inScrum/AgileenvironmentsSolid problem-solving abilities and analytical thinkingSoft Skills:Good command of English(written and spoken)Strong teamwork and collaboration skillsExcellent communication abilitiesGenuine passion for technologyand continuous learningWhat We're Looking ForWe value team members who are not just technically skilled but also enthusiastic about technology and eager to tackle challenging problems.
