AGAP2è un gruppo europeo di consulenza ingegneristica operativa facente parte del GruppoMoOngy.Siamo alla ricerca di unIntegrated Planning Manager & PMO Supportcon la responsabilità di sviluppare, mantenere e controllare il piano integrato di progetto utilizzando Primavera, garantendo il rispetto dei tempi e delle milestone.Inoltre, il ruolo supporta il Project Manager e il team di progetto nelle attività di PMO, assicurando la corretta pianificazione, monitoraggio e reportistica, facilitando le decisioni di management e la gestione delle risorse.Responsabilità:Gestione e Pianificazione Integrata:Creare e aggiornare il piano di gestione della schedule e le routine di progetto.Mantenere e gestire il database di scheduling Primavera.Pianificare e schedulare secondo requisiti contrattuali e obiettivi di progetto.Gestire margini temporali (float) e monitorare l'avanzamento rispetto al baseline.Condurre revisioni periodiche e fornire report regolari al Project Manager.Implementare modifiche al programma e attività di mitigazione rischi/opportunità.Effettuare analisi dettagliate (critical path, what-if, driver analysis).Supportare il controllo EVM per il monitoraggio avanzamento lavori.Creare piani milestone di alto livello e definire le tappe di controllo.Supporto PMO:Supportare il Project Manager nelle attività standard di PMO e collaborare con il team.Preparare e aggiornare il Project Management Plan e i report di stato progetto.Coordinare le richieste di risorse e gestire eventuali problemi o colli di bottiglia.Assicurare l'applicazione degli standard di Project Management e la coerenza tra requisiti contrattuali, finanziari e tecnici.Fornire dati quantitativi e qualitativi per supportare decisioni strategiche e operative.RequisitiEsperienza comprovata nella pianificazione integrata di progetto con utilizzo di Primavera.Competenza in SAP, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office.Conoscenza di UP (Unified Process) è un plus.Ottima capacità di analisi e gestione del tempo.Eccellenti capacità comunicative e di collaborazione con team multidisciplinari.Lingua inglese fluente, scritto e parlato.Attitudine al problem solving e gestione proattiva dei rischi.Luogo: RomaThe world needs youAGAP2 è un equal opportunities employer: crediamo che tutte le forme di diversità siano fonte di arricchimento reciproco.Ci impegniamo a garantire un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo, nel quale ogni singola risorsa possa apportare un valore unico alla nostra realtà.Pertanto, accogliamo candidature senza distinzione di età, genere, nazionalità, disabilità, orientamento sessuale, religione o stato civile.Inoltre, teniamo fede ai nostri impegni prestando attenzione alle risorse appartenenti alle categorie protette ai sensi degli articoli 1 e 18 della Legge *****.I dati personali saranno trattati in conformità alle disposizioni contenute nel regolamento UE ********.
