MEB Srl, parte del Gruppo Würth, è un'azienda leader nel settore del commercio elettrico con una struttura di 26 filiali e una rete commerciale e di consegna che copre tutto il Triveneto e parte della Lombardia.Per potenziamento dell'organico ricerchiamo un Tecnico Commerciale per la nostra Business Unit della Power Distribution per il territorio del Veneto.La risorsa inserita all'interno del team, rispondendo al Responsabile della BU, dopo un iniziale periodo di affiancamento, si occuperà di fornire consulenza tecnica alla rete vendita durante tutte le fasi del processo commerciale:Analisi del mercato, individuazione delle opportunità;Visite ai clientiSviluppo offerteTrattative e relazioni con i fornitori.Requisiti richiesti e competenze:Diploma ad indirizzo elettronico o elettrotecnico; saranno valutate anche candidature prive di tale diploma, ma in possesso delle equivalenti conoscenze di base in tali ambiti e maturate grazie a una pluriennale esperienza lavorativa;Esperienza di almeno 5 anni come commerciale interno/esterno o tecnico nel settore elettrico;Buona conoscenza dell'impiantistica elettrica di bassa e media tensione;Familiarità (requisito non vincolante) con i software per la progettazione/preventivazione, di primarie case costruttrici (ABB, SCHNEIDER, SIEMENS, BTICINO,....)Buona conoscenza di Excel, gradita la conoscenza di CRM e software gestionali;Problem solving;Ottime capacità comunicative;Orientamento al cliente e approccio empatico;Proattività e orientamento al risultato;Predisposizione al lavoro in team;Curiosità e desiderio di aggiornamento continuo.E' richiesta la disponibilità a trasferte frequenti all'interno della regione e occasionale partecipazione a eventi nazionali di settore.Cosa offriamo?Contratto a tempo pieno e indeterminato;Auto aziendale, telefono, PC;Formazione: on boarding con affiancamento tecnico-commerciale iniziale e successiva formazione continua.Le ricerche sono rivolte a candidati dell'uno e dell'altro sesso ai sensi delle L.****** e L.******.
