Job Description:We are seeking an experienced software engineer to help build a cutting-edge AI-powered platform for small businesses.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and experience with backend services, cloud computing, and machine learning.The RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the backend systems that power our AI-driven product.This includes retrieval pipelines, document ingestion, evaluation metrics, privacy controls, data governance compliance requirements.Implement vector database storageBuilt robust evaluation pipelines (including automated metrics and human-in-the-loop feedback)Collaborate with other teams on translating user workflows into reliable APIs,h3 ID360dThe Backend Engineerrole encompasses ownership of multiple components including creation monitoring alerting observability Model performance data drift latency error budgets as well as producing clear documentation runbooks Code Review Security Reviews code maintenance.All this while taking responsibility leading security reviews implement access control secure token handling auditing logging tasks train maintain models achieve sufficient reliability consistency scalibility model fine tuning functional updates enabled use business development operations monitor correct issues.Soft skills - communication self motived team player ,collaborative results driven approach needs critical thinking problem solving mindset.h4 id*****
