OverviewBizzi & Partners Development S.r.l. is the asset and development management division of Bizzi & Partners S.p.A., a company with a long-standing presence in the Italian market and active in the investment and management of complex real estate development projects in Italy and abroad, and is looking for a Junior Development Manager.The selected candidate will be involved in all phases of real estate development projects, with increasing responsibilities, and will work closely with the Asset & Development Management teams.ResponsibilitiesOrigination and Acquisition: Support the Asset & Development Management team in identifying and structuring new opportunities by preparing market analyses, feasibility studies, business plans, investment memos, and coordinating external advisors during technical, legal, environmental and planning due diligence.Project Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Management team in defining project briefs, aligning the concept with regulatory constraints, managing tender procedures and authorization processes, and proactively reporting any risks, issues, or deviations from project timelines and budgets.Operational Monitoring: Track costs, schedules and quality, with special focus on project variations, progress reports (SAL) and budget compliance, prepare periodic technical and financial reports for investors, committees and stakeholders.Asset Development and Disposal: Contribute to defining and implementing asset development strategies, both during management and disposal phases (e.g., hold/sell, repositioning, re-letting); support the commercial team in preparing marketing materials, managing brokers and supervising sales or leasing processes.Stakeholder Management: Assist in managing relationships with all involved parties (brokers, advisors, tenants, legal advisors, investors, designers, contractors, property managers, asset managers, technical and legal consultants), ensuring alignment between operational activities and strategic objectives.RequirementsMaster's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related fields.1-3 years of experience in real estate development or asset management (development companies, asset or investment management, SGRs, or consulting firms).Strong financial analysis, modeling and real estate valuation skills.Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Fluent English (minimum B2 level, written and spoken).Precision, analytical mindset, ability to manage complex projects and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.What We OfferOpportunity to work in a professional environment, directly involved in complex projects in Italy and abroad.Exposure to the complete real estate cycle and interaction with high-level stakeholders.A lean and operational structure that encourages increasing responsibilities and cross-functional learning in technical, financial and managerial areas.Full-time, on-site position.Ticket RestaurantWork location: Milan#J-*****-Ljbffr
