Due to an increased workload and a reorganization of the department, we are urgently looking for an Activities & Information Coordination Specialist for the Technical Documentation Office.Reports to :Head of Technical DocumentationWhat you will do :You will support the department with activity planning and with the retrieval, management, and archiving of inbound and outbound information.At times, you may also be involved in the drafting / updating of technical documents.Key responsibilitiesSupport the planning and coordination of department activitiesManage information flows (collection, organization, distribution)Retrieve and archive documentation (order, traceability, updates)Collaborate with internal stakeholders on priorities, deadlines, and alignmentOccasional drafting / updating of technical documentationWho we are looking for :Experience : 2–3 yearsPrevious experience in documentation-related activities and / or office coordination is required.RequirementsEducation :High school diploma (a university degree is not required)Languages :English C1–C2Software :In Design :intermediate / advanced (M / S)MS Office Suite :intermediate (M)Soft skills :Communication and mediation skillsPlanning and organizational skillsProactive attitudePrecision and attention to detailContract & terms :Initial contract :6-month fixed-term contractGoal :permanent employment (open-ended contract)Collective agreement (CCNL) :Metalmeccanico PMI ConfapiSecond-level agreement :appliedWorking hours :Full time (8 : 00 / 8 : ******* : ******* : 30)The search is open to candidates of all genders (Italian Legislative Decree ********).#J-*****-Ljbffr
