Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Freelance Procurement Analyst to support our procurement and business development activities at TheHRchapter and Coach4expats.This role involves managing administrative tasks, monitoring and flagging relevant public and private tender opportunities, and preparing complete documentation packages for submissions.ResponsibilitiesTrack and monitor public and private tender platforms to identify relevant opportunities in a timely manner.Flag and report potential business opportunities clearly and promptly to relevant stakeholders.Prepare and compile all necessary documentation and paperwork required for public and private tender submissions, ensuring compliance with guidelines and deadlines.Handle general procurement-related administrative tasks, including maintaining organized records of tender submissions and follow-ups.Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and approvals.Ensure accuracy, completeness, and professionalism in all submitted materials.Stay updated on procurement regulations and submission requirements in relevant markets.Proficiency using Tender platforms (public and private).Used to register in minorities associations to get certifications which allow us to reach large clients.QualificationsProven experience in procurement, tender preparation, or administrative project support.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).Professional proficiency in Spanish is a plus.Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.Familiarity with tender platforms and public procurement procedures preferred.Comfortable handling administrative documentation and compliance paperwork.Proficiency with MS Office / Outlook / JiraExtremely organised and self-aware about internal and externaldeadlines.Ideal CandidateProactive and organized professional who thrives in a remote, freelance environment.Capable of spotting business opportunities and communicating them efficiently.Experienced in the submission process for both public and private tenders.Strong focus on delivering error-free, professional-quality documentation.Our Core values at TheHRchapterTransparency : We believe in transparent and smooth recruitment processes.You will get feedback from us.Candidate experience : Perfect blend between automated and humanized recruitment processes.Don't hesitate to ask us for feedback, anytime.Talented pool : We bring highly-skilled motivated candidates to our clients.Our candidates match their company values and management style.Diversity and inclusion : There is no place for discrimination and intolerance.We care about diversity awareness and respect for any differences.#J-*****-Ljbffr
