Descrizione dell'aziendaIn questa elegante dimora, dal **** il primo hotel italiano facente parte dei Relais & Châteaux, la famiglia Gallia-Ansaldi accoglie i suoi ospiti in un'atmosfera familiare ed elegante da ben tre generazioni.Si viene sedotti dalla spiaggia privata di sabbia fine di fronte all' isola d'Elba dove troneggia La Pagoda, ristorante sul mare dall'architettura unica.Ci si rilassa nell'intimità del centro benessere con palestra, bagno turco e piscina.I giocatori di golf adorano il percorso – diciotto buche – situato in una pineta secolare.Uno yacht privato attende gli appassionati per indimenticabili escursioni nell'arcipelago toscano.Descrizione del lavoroLa risorsa, riportando al Front Office Manager si occupa di:Accoglienza e gestione degli ospiti con professionalità e cortesia.Gestione delle prenotazioni (telefoniche, via e-mail e tramite portali online).Supporto alla clientela durante tutto il soggiorno, garantendo un'esperienza memorabile.Coordinamento con altri reparti per garantire la massima soddisfazione degli ospiti.Utilizzo di software gestionali alberghieri per la gestione delle attività quotidiane.QualificheEsperienza pregressa in ruoli simili, preferibilmente in strutture di lusso.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (la conoscenza di una seconda lingua (francese o tedesco) sarà considerata un plus).Familiarità con i principali software gestionali alberghieri e portali OTA.Spiccate doti relazionali, orientamento al cliente e problem-solving.Flessibilità e capacità di lavorare in team.Informazioni aggiuntiveContratto a tempo determinato (da maggio a fine settembre ****)CCNL Turismo.L'inquadramento e la retribuzione verranno commisurati in base al profilo e all'esperienza.Disponibilità full timeVitto e alloggio in condivisione#J-*****-Ljbffr
