A group of innovation-based industrial and packaging solutions companies operating globally, headquartered in Bologna, Italy.Coesia's companies are leaders in automation solutions for multiple industries, ranging from automated processing and packaging machinery, testing and vision systems, to digital printing technologies, factory flow solutions and high-performance transmissions.Our customers include leading players in a wide range of sectors, including aerospace, automotive, consumer and luxury goods, ceramics, electronics and semiconductors, pharma and healthcare, energy storage systems, tobacco and next-generation products.Coesia operates in 34 countries with 20 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of ****.About the roleWe are looking for a Trade & Treasury Service Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to support the Group Trade & Treasury team by coordinating divisional treasury activities, with a focus on trade and export finance, cash flow reporting, working capital optimization, FX risk monitoring, and process improvement, in close collaboration with finance and sales stakeholders.In particular, the selected resource will:Support treasury operations across divisions, ensuring compliance with Group policies and best practices;Drive working capital optimization through improved payment terms, collections, and Trade/Export Finance solutions;Manage relationships with banks, Export Credit Agencies, and credit insurers;Structure, review, and negotiate Trade and Export Finance transactions and documentation;Monitor and report foreign exchange exposure, supporting risk mitigation strategies;Improve and standardize treasury processes, including cash pooling, liquidity centralization, and automation;Prepare treasury reporting for divisions and Group management;Support KYC, due diligence, and sanctions screening, and collaborate with internal stakeholders on treasury matters.What you need to be successfulUniversity degree in Economics, Business, Finance or related fields;1–2 years of experience in Trade Finance, Export Finance, or Treasury within multinational companies, banking institutions, or credit insurance organizations;Solid understanding of Trade Finance instruments, international payment mechanisms, and export credit structures;Hands-on experience with treasury management systems.Knowledge of Piteco is an advantage;Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel;Fluency in English, both written and spoken;Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities;Ability to work in cross-functional environments and build effective internal and external relationships.Coesia is an equal-opportunity employer and embraces diversity and inclusion.#J-*****-Ljbffr
