Join the team that's redefining the entertainment experience on Amazon devices, enhancing how customers interact with Fire TV on Echo Show.We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to join our Fire TV Experience team in Chennai.In this role, you will spearhead the vision and strategy for Fire TV on touch screen enabled Echo devices.The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of what makes a great customer experience and how innovative technology can help achieve that.They should be comfortable with ambiguity, adept at defining concrete strategies from broad concepts, and skilled in successful execution.Additionally, they will need to drive the creation of scalable solutions and processes, considering unique hardware requirements and capabilities.We value data-driven decision-making, continuous learning, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Key job responsibilitiesLead the definition and execution strategy for improving the Fire TV experience on Echo Show devices.Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions and measure success, with a focus on reducing friction and increasing user satisfaction.Define and execute a roadmap for enhancing the Fire TV experience on Echo Show.Work across Fire TV and Alexa software teams to establish mechanisms that allow effective collaboration and foster innovation.Collaborate with internal experts and teams including UX, engineering, advertising, and senior leadership to align on strategy and execution.Define project requirements, priorities, and success metrics, and oversee their implementation and performance.Communicate project status, strategy, risks, and issues to senior management effectively.Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver experiences that delight customers from their very first interaction with Fire TV.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degreeExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a productExperience managing technical products or online servicesExperience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planningPreferred QualificationsMaster's degreeMBAExperience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on timeExperience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other toolsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit for more information.If the country/region you're applying in isn't listed, please contact your Recruiting Partner.Posted: January 9, ****Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.#J-*****-Ljbffr
