OverviewAuxologico è alla ricerca di un / a Knowledge Transfer Manager da inserire presso la sede di Milano.Il / La Knowledge Transfer Manager verrà inserito / a nell'esecuzione progetto : "Evoluzione dei processi per l'innovazione e per il potenziamento del technology transfer tramite un hub strategico – ATHENA" finanziato dal Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy.La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno dell'ufficio preposto alla valorizzazione commerciale della ricerca scientifica, dovrà occuparsi di valutare internamente i risultati derivanti dai progetti attivi o terminati per vagliarne la brevettabilità, individuare e instaurare relazioni con possibili partner commerciali interessati a tali risultati e svolgere attività formative interne ed esterne sulle tematiche di trasferimento tecnologicoResponsibilitiesSvolgere periodicamente uno scouting dei progetti ongoing per valutarne l'innovatività e la brevettabilità dei possibili risultati.Svolgere indagini su PMI in ambito R&D per valutarne il grado di innovatività e le possibili aree di cooperazioneSvolgere attività formative e informative verso ricercatori sulle tematiche di trasferimento tecnologico (innovatività, brevettabilità)QualificationsRequisiti professionali :Laurea in Biotecnologie o BiologiaFamiliarità con il sistema della ricerca pubblica, privata, universitaria e enti di ricerca e impreseCompetenze gestionali, organizzative e relazionali richieste dal ruolo :Capacità di lavorare in teamSviluppate capacità relative alle soft skillsPropensione al miglioramento continuo e alla formazioneQualifications (continued)Competenze e conoscenze tecniche :Competenze base in ambito di proprietà intellettuale e brevettabilità e dei relativi database.Competenze base in ambito PrivacyConoscenze di bandi di finanziamento volti allo sviluppo delle idee imprenditorialiConoscenza base del sistema TRL (Technology readiness level)Competenze in ambito reportistica : produzione di report e documentazione a supporto del ricercatore per la registrazione brevettualeOttima conoscenza dell\'inglese.#J-*****-Ljbffr
