TAG Heuer:the Swiss Avant-Garde watchmaker since ****.Avant-garde is our culture and philosophy.Our unique heritage is built on a disruptive mindset, an innovative approach and a cool and free-minded spirit to think ahead and establish records.The TAG Heuer watches and chronographs are an authentic concentration of innovation, design and engineering for bold, self-confident people who are connected to the future.Job ResponsibilitiesA TAG Heuer Client Advisor is:Plays a central role on the sales floor, increasing Boutique sales and achieving the objectives, by working on his/her own KPIs, always delivering memorable experiences & services in store.Supports colleagues & other team members in the boutique.A CLIENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST WHO LEVERAGES ALL AVAILABLE RESOURCES TO BUILD LONG-LASTING PERSONAL CONNECTIONS WITH CLIENTSEmbodies TAG Heuer's brand DNA and acts as a passionate Brand Ambassador in and outside the Boutique.Achieves individual clienteling objectives leveraging all the tools provided.Ensures qualitative client data collection and leverages the data to address clients in a personally relevant way.Contributes to all daily processes under the supervision of the Boutique management.Leverages properly all tools.Applies rigorously all guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and Visual Merchandising.ProfileClient discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, handling of objections, sales closing.Understanding of sales KPIs.Knowledge of Client and Clienteling KPIs.Knowledge of digital tools.Knowledge of / interest for Brand DNA, history & collections.Client-centric mindset, focused on recruiting new clients and growing the active client base, nurturing long-term relationship with clients.Open minded, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Energetic, self-motivated, action and results-oriented.Self-starter, able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Adaptable to changes, flexible, able to bring up new ideas and solutions.Team spirit, high integrity and transparency.#J-*****-Ljbffr
