1. Finance and Administrative Control- Managing the operational budget and optimizing expenses.- Working with the accountant: preparing and submitting documents, controlling financial reporting.- Planning supplier payments, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring payment deadlines are met.- Managing contracts: preparation, review, signing, and documentation control.2.Production and Logistics Processes- Supervising the work of the production lead.- Coordinating wholesale and e-commerce processes, ensuring accuracy and timely shipments.- Developing and implementing SOPs for production, warehouse, and logistics.3.Collection and Production Cycle Planning- Controlling all timelines: samples ? corrections ? final prototypes ? production ? shipments.4.Team Coordination and Task Management- Assigning tasks to the team and monitoring execution.- Structuring communication processes across production, warehouse, wholesale, and e-commerce.- Maintaining KPIs: production deadlines, shipment accuracy, error reduction, and logistics efficiency.Key qualities:- Fluency in English and Italian (both spoken and written).- Strong organizational and analytical mindset, attention to detail.- Problem-solving approach and ability to handle multiple priorities.- Genuine interest in fashion, production, and operations.- Availability for full-time, on-site work.Location: MilanContract: Full-time, On-site
