Communications & Engagement LeadDr.Feel is the only lifestyle healthcare service in Italy that offers a 7-day-7-day medical support team and a 4.8/5 satisfaction rating.With 600,000 people covered, over 30,000 doctors and 4,800 networked facilities, Dr.Feel integrates immediate medical assistance, 360° wellness and advanced technology for a smart, personalized and predictive health management.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end coordination of internal communication and engagement campaigns for corporate clients and Dr.Feel.Creation of strategic and creative content for corporate clients (newsletters, webinars, editorial materials).Development of internal content for Dr.Feel users (newsletters, digital materials, website content) in collaboration with internal teams.Interaction with suppliers, clients and users; monitoring of performance, timing and budget to guarantee quality and impact.Ideation and organization of events (workshops, experiences, webinars, innovative formats) for clients and Dr.Feel.Operational coordination of all event aspects: suppliers, logistics, materials and pre/post-event communication.Operational and continuous management of Dr.Feel internal communication, including structured moments of exchange and discussion (internal workshops, thematic meetings, sharing formats).Management of Dr.Feel participation in external events as speaker, partner or guest (preparation of materials and communication supervision).Qualifications3-5+ years of experience in internal communication and events, with particular focus on wellbeing / welfare / HR projects.Experience creating content for corporate clients with a creative and consulting approach.Experience in a communication agency is a plus.Strong passion for wellbeing and health.Collaborative spirit, energy and entrepreneurial mindset.Experience in a smart and innovative environment with a strong corporate culture.Salary up to €******.BenefitsOpportunities to join a fast-growing digital health team.Continuous professional development and career growth.Free health and wellness service for you and up to 3 family members, including: unlimited 7-day medical and pediatric online care; 3 online sessions with psychologist, nutritionist or physiotherapist; online fitness, yoga and mindfulness programs; discounted medical visits and exams.#J-*****-Ljbffr
