Hse Engineer

As an international EPC contractor specialized in delivering complex projects for the global energy sector, we are looking for a Junior HSE Specialist to join our team.In this role, you will support the development and continuous improvement of our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management System, while actively contributing to key HSE initiatives and projects.Key Responsibilities:Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management System;Assist in ensuring compliance with all applicable HSE standards, regulations, and company policies;Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of HSE documentation, including guidelines, procedures, and reports;Participate in internal and external audits, inspections, and certification processes (e.g., ISO *****, ISO *****, ISO ****);Support the promotion and reinforcement of a strong safety culture across all project sites;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide HSE support for ongoing EPC projects;Help identify potential hazards and contribute to risk assessments and mitigation actions;Assist in organizing and conducting HSE training sessions and awareness programs;Monitor HSE performance indicators and support the preparation of regular reports;Gain hands-on experience working in dynamic and challenging environments typical of large-scale energy projectsRequirementsHSE Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in the role, capable of independently managing the full life cycle of an EPC project, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards throughout.Bachelor's degree inEngineeringor related technical fields;Fluent in English(spoken and written);Solid knowledge ofMS Office tools(Word, Excel, Outlook);Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills;A proactive attitude, with a genuine interest in HSE topics.Auditor qualification and/or certifications related toHSE Management Systems.Place of work:Parma (PR), with willingness to travel as required.Other informationThis position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. ******** and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of **** on equal treatment.We are committed to promoting an inclusive work environment and respecting gender diversity.Interested parties are invited to consult the privacy notice in accordance with EU Regulation ******** (GDPR), available at the following address:
