Cosa faraiSviluppare funzionalità full-stack in Python e Next.js / ReactProgettare e mantenere API e servizi cloud su AWSCostruire e integrare feature AI / LLM core di prodottoUsare attivamente l'AI per migliorare la tua produttività quotidianaCurare qualità, affidabilità, performance e costiCollaborare alle decisioni tecniche e di prodottoMust haveSeniority reale nello sviluppo di software in produzione (tipicamente 5+ anni)Ottima conoscenza di Python e sviluppo backendEsperienza solida con React / Next.jsEsperienza con cloud (AWS) e sistemi in produzioneEsperienza pratica con osservabilità : logging, metriche, alerting e debugging in produzioneUso avanzato dell'AI a livello personale (coding, debugging, reasoning)Esperienza nell'implementazione di feature AI/LLM in produzioneForte autonomia, senso di responsabilità e mentalità da builderCapacità di prendere decisioni tecniche e ragionare per trade-offCapacità di lavorare in contesti poco strutturati, dove le priorità evolvono e serve iniziativaItaliano fluente, inglese operativoNice to haveEsperienza in startup early-stageBackground su AI/LLM, RAG, evaluationTerraform, serverless, osservabilità avanzataInteresse per domini complessi (edilizia, energia)Come lavoriamoRisultati > orePoche riunioni, tanto ownershipFeedback diretto e pragmaticoNessun micro-managementCosa offriamoCompensation: 50k–70k €Impatto reale su prodotto e aziendaAmbiente di apprendimento continuoFull remote (timezone UE), con possibilità di lavorare anche da ufficio a Berlino o MilanoBudget per hardware e strumenti
