Social network you want to login/join with:ESS Service Products Sales Engineer, PratoClient:Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., LimitedLocation:Job Category:Other-EU work permit required:YesJob Reference:5852310476045680640337140Job Views:3Posted:**********Expiry Date:**********Job Description:About CATLCATL invites you to continue our legend of green energyCATL is a Fortune 300 company and a global leader in EV batteries and energy storage solutions.Our EV batteries have ranked No.1 globally for eight consecutive years, and our energy storage batteries have ranked No.1 for four consecutive years.ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products.Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.Customer & Partner Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.Conduct business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams.Reporting & Forecasting:Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.Track and report regional performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and conversion rates.Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware teams to align sales efforts with company goals.Provide field feedback to influence product development and service improvements.Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear performance expectations and monitoring KPIs.Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.Strong decision-making skills for handling complex and urgent situations.Some work experience and understanding of the new energy market.Proficiency in English, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.Ability to accept overseas business trips; candidates with overseas work experience are preferred.#J-*****-Ljbffr
