Descrizione dell'offerta di lavoro Responsibilities Contribute to managing the procurement of raw materials, being involved in the commodity strategy definition with a specific focus on sourcing execution.Foster long-term partnerships with suppliers, acting as their focal point for supplier visits, business reviews, negotiations, price lists and quality management.Maintain effective relationships and communicate with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality and Finance.Prepare and conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding commercial terms, payment conditions and delivery terms in collaboration with the Regional and Global Commodity Managers.Prepare and analyze performance, risk and sustainability reports for business meetings.Conduct comparative analysis of supplier capabilities and cost drivers to gain insights and improve spending efficiency and effectiveness for raw materials.Support the execution and tracking of innovation and sustainability projects in line with the company's ESG targets.QualificationsGraduate in Engineering, Economics or related fields.At least 3 years of experience in a similar procurement role.Fluent in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus).Strong passion for procurement and a desire to grow in the field.Analytical thinking, project management skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.Proactive, adaptable and able to thrive in dynamic environments.Enjoy collaborating across teams in an international setting.Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Selection ProcessInterview with the Talent Acquisition team, the Global Commodity Manager – Chemicals and the Direct Procurement Director.LocationBased in Verona.Additional InformationWe are happy to make any reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process to accommodate your needs.We are committed to ensuring that every person feels connected, that their uniqueness is valued and celebrated, and that everyone feels that they belong.This is why providing our people with a flexible and welcoming work environment is one of our top priorities.Ready to start your new exciting journey with us?Come Discover Extraordinary Every Day.Learn more about life at Fedrigoni: /#J-*****-Ljbffr
