Per importante azienda Cliente ricerchiamo un/una Senior Compensation&Benefit Si richiede esperienza nelle seguenti aree: progettazione e Implementazione degli strumenti di total reward, con particolare focus sulla politica di remunerazione, sui sistemi di incentivazione variabile di breve periodo (MBO), sui sistemi di incentivazione di lungo periodo (LTI); progettazionee implementazione dei progetti di armonizzazione dei sistemi di compensation variabili presenti all'interno delle diverse società del Gruppo; definire ed implementare il piano/i welfare, inclusi i flexible benefits supportare l'implementazione della Group Mobility Policy e la gestione degli expatriates; analizzare e valutare gli strumenti di total reward attraverso benchmark esterni a livello nazionale e internazionale; definire e implementare il sistema di pesatura delle posizioni; contribuire alla definizione e alla redazione dei documenti per il Comitato Remunerazione ed i Consigli di Amministrazione; Sirichiede: laurea in discipline economiche o giuridiche esperienza di 3- 5 anni nel ruolo maturata in società quotate multinazionali o in società di consulenza specializzate in ambito compensation ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese capacità analitiche, di problem solving e di relazione ottima conoscenza della suite Office Sede di lavoro: Milano
