L'hotel Double Tree by Hilton Roma Monti, importante struttura facente parte del gruppo HNH Hospitality, ricerca un* Reservation Agent.Di cosa ti occuperai:Gestione delle richieste di prenotazione (telefoniche, via email e tramite i portali online).Assistenza personalizzata agli ospiti, rispetto le loro prenotazioni, per garantire un'esperienza eccellente.Collaborazione con gli altri reparti per ottimizzare la disponibilità e soddisfare le richieste dei clienti.Supporto nella pianificazione del soggiorno degli ospiti.Chi stiamo cercando:Un profilo con esperienza pregressa in ambito alberghiero o customer service, che abbia familiarità con sistemi di prenotazione e gestione alberghiera.Fontamentale un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e preferibilmente di una seconda lingua.Sono importanti buone doti comunicative e relazionali.Cosa offriamo:Contratto a tempo determinato iniziale a scopo stabilizzazionePremio variabile legato all'eventuale raggiungimento degli obiettivi dell'hotelStaff rate e family&friends per soggiornare nei nostri hotel a tariffe agevolatePer il tuo compleanno: permesso di un giorno retribuito dall'azienda e una cena offerta in una delle nostre strutture a tua sceltaMaggiorazioni aggiuntive per le ore lavorate di sabato e domenica e indennità per le settimane lavorate su 6 giorniMensa aziendale
