Il Gruppo Innovaway, con più di **** dipendenti e un fatturato aggregato di 50 milioni, offre soluzioni e servizi ICT innovativi, sviluppati con tecnologie all'avanguardia; annovera tra i 150 clienti realtà internazionali presenti in 200 Paesi nei settori dell'industria, finanza, retail, luxury, trasporti, servizi e settore pubblico.I dipendenti sono il punto di forza di Innovaway, attiva in 7 sedi in Italia e 2 all'estero, che eroga i servizi in 27 Lingue e svolge attività in tutto il mondo.Innovaway S.P.A., società specializzata nell'erogazione di Servizi ICT, ricerca per ampliamento dell'organico interno un Sistemista Storage.Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa con competenze specialistiche in ambito Storage Enterprise , con esperienza consolidata nella gestione e manutenzione di infrastrutture storage.La figura selezionata sarà inserita in un team IT dedicato alla gestione delle infrastrutture e avrà un ruolo attivo nelle attività di operatività quotidiana, troubleshooting e interventi pianificati .Responsabilità principali Gestione delle piattaforme Pure Storage, Dell e altri vendor.Attività di incident, problem e change management su sistemi storage.Troubleshooting e risoluzione di problematiche tecniche di performance e availability.Gestione ticket e coordinamento con i team di 2° e 3° livello.Interventi pianificati : upgrade, patching, migrazioni ed espansioni di capacità.Collaborazione con i team infrastrutturali e applicativi per garantire la continuità dei servizi.Disponibilità a partecipare al servizio di reperibilità (on-call rotation).Titoli preferenziali Certificazioni su Pure Storage o Dell EMC .Esperienza su altri vendor storage (NetApp, HPE, IBM).Conoscenze di base su ambienti virtualizzazione (VMware/Hyper-V) e backup/DR .stanza Gestita, Database SQL Azure, Performance Insight.Data inizio prevista: Disponibilità immediata Categoria Professionale: Sistemista Città: Roma Disponibilità oraria: Full time I candidati interessati possono inoltrare un dettagliato CV, esplicitando il consenso al trattamento dei propri dati personali ai sensi delle disposizioni di cui al Regolamento Europeo ********.
