Maire S.p.A. is a leading industrial group operating in approximately 50 countries through around 50 subsidiaries.The company is a global leader in the transformation of natural resources, with a strong focus on downstream oil & gas engineering, supported by robust technological and execution capabilities.Maire is also actively engaged in green chemistry and in the development of technologies that support the energy transition.We are currently seeking a Compensation Specialist to join our HR team and support the Group Compensation Coordinator in defining and implementing strategic and operational compensation guidelines across all Group companies.Key Responsibilities- Support the development of strategic guidelines and initiatives related to the Group's Compensation and Incentive Policies, particularly for Top Management;- Conduct analysis on remuneration and incentive policies across all Group companies, ensuring consistency and alignment of processes;- Manage the incentive process in collaboration with local HR departments;- Assist in the administration of long-term incentive plans, including equity-based schemes such as Share Ownership Plans;- Contribute to the preparation of the annual "Report on Remuneration Policy and Fees Paid" and support the creation of materials for Remuneration Committee meetings.Candidate Profile- 3 – 4 years of experience in similar roles within structured and international environments;- Previous experience in listed companies is considered a relevant plus;- Flexible mindset and openness to change;- Strong communication, planning, organizational, and analytical skills;- Fluency in English;- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
