We are a Cloud & Cybersecurity Provider and our focus is to provide medium and large companies with Cloud services at the highest level of reliability and performance, integrated with Cybersecurity solutions that protect their data and applications.We are looking for extremely curious, proactive colleagues with a strong passion for technology and cybersecurity.The future colleague will join the Cloud Native Team as a HYPERSCALER ENGINEER, supporting the Hyperscaler Operations team in managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure across major hyperscale platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).This role provides hands-on experience in enterprise-level cloud operations while contributing to the maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our hyperscale environments.It also offers an opportunity to develop expertise in cloud technologies, automation, and scalable infrastructure management under the guidance of senior team members.The key responsibilities of this role include :Performing daily monitoring and health checks of hyperscale infrastructure to ensure system availability and enable early detection of potential issues;Responding to incidents and performing basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime and restore service functionality;Monitoring costs and analyzing resource usage to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements;Developing and maintaining automation scripts to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency;Updating documentation and maintaining the knowledge base to ensure accurate procedures and facilitate knowledge sharing;Collecting and reporting performance metrics to provide insights for capacity planning and optimization decisions.If you love new technologies and enjoy dealing with complex problems, we are the right place for youThe ideal candidate meets the following requirements :Hard Skills :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field preferred.Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered;1-2 years of experience in IT operations, cloud infrastructure, or related technical roles;Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) through previous work, internships, or academic projects preferred;Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform);Understanding of Linux / Unix operating systems and command line interface;Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver);Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell);Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes basics);Understanding of networking concepts (TCP / IP, DNS, load balancing);Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation);Basic understanding of CI / CD pipelines;Knowledge of version control systems (Git);Understanding of ITIL processes and incident management;Possession of one or more of the following certifications is considered a preferred qualification: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate; Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104); Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer; AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate; Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).Language Skills :Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken;Good command of French and / or Spanish is a plus.Soft Skills :Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;Ability to work effectively in a team environment;Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies;Time management and ability to prioritize tasks;Proactive attitude and initiative in identifying improvements;Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;Customer service orientation for internal stakeholder support.Company locations :Italy: Vimercate (MB), Roma, Catania, Cascina (PI) / Remote WorkingFrance: ParisSpain: MadridSettore: InformaticaRuolo: IT / TechnologyTipo di occupazione: Contratto a tempo indeterminato#J-*****-Ljbffr
