QUALITY PLANT SUPERVISORLa risorsa si occuperà di svolgere le seguenti attività:Utilizzo delle principali tecniche di problem solving e della standardizzazione dell'approccio OEMAgire da leader di team multifunzionali dedicati alla definizione di piani di miglioramento complessi a seguito di customer issuesGestione dell'interfaccia diretta, lato quality, con i principali clienti OEMDefinizione di strategie di minimizzazione dei costi derivanti da customer issuesInteragire internamente con il Program Manager al fine di soddisfare le esigenze e le consegne richieste dai clientiMappatura delle performance sia interne, che relative ai clientiCollaborare con gli altri enti partecipando direttamente ad ottimizzazioni di prodotto e processoSviluppare e proporre, in accordo con l'area tecnica, con la qualità dei fornitori e con le altre funzioni aziendali, nuovi standard OEMIl/la candidato/a ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:Laurea in IngegneriaAver maturato almeno 5 anni di esperienza in aziende OEM e certificate IATF *****:****, trasversalmente alla customer, plant e supplier qualityIndispensabile conoscenza della lingua inglese (e francese come opzionale)Ottima conoscenza del disegno meccanicoConoscenza di tool base problem solving (8D, Ishikawa, etc)Disponibilità a trasferteCompletano il profilo ottime doti relazionali e flessibilità.#J-*****-Ljbffr
