Role OverviewAMIRI is looking for a Stock Associate for its soon-to-be open location in Milan.The stock associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory within the retail store.This role involves working closely with other team members to ensure efficient processes and accurate inventory.DutiesReceive shipments and verify incoming stock against invoices or manifests.Assist in inventory reconciliation to ensure accurate stock levels.Assist in picking, packing, and shipping orders as needed, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.Maintain cleanliness of stockroom and work areas, keeping them organized and free of hazards.Assist sales team by locating product and answering product-related questions.Collaborate with team members, including sales associates and managers, to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding inventory management, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent, preferred.Fluency in Italian & English required.Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic math skills for inventory counting and reconciliation.Knowledge of inventory management software or willingness to learn.Additional DetailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Management and ManufacturingIndustry: Advertising Services#J-*****-Ljbffr
