Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG) is a leading multinational lifestyle hospitality group, with a wide portfolio encompassing Hotels & Resorts, Restaurants, Beach Clubs, Nightclubs, Fitness Centers, and more.SHG operates over 81 venues in 25 countries with a commitment to deliver authentic and diverse hospitality experiences that bring people together, all around the world.From the Sunset Hotels & Resorts division, we are seeking a creative, strategic, and brand-orientedMembershipManager in Madison House Milan, right in the heart of Milan.Main responsibilities-Lead prospecting, outreach and lead generation initiatives during the pre-opening phase to build a strong pipeline of prospective members.- Conduct private tours, presentations and personalized meetings with potential members, effectively communicating the club's value proposition and exclusivity.- Oversee and manage the full membership onboarding process, ensuring a seamless, consistent and premium experience at every stage.- Monitor, grow and nurture the membership base through targeted engagement, retention and loyalty strategies.- Develop and facilitate networking, collaboration and community-building opportunities among members.- Work closely with the Marketing and Events teams to strengthen the club's positioning, visibility and appeal to target audiences.- Track, analyze and report on membership KPIs and performance metrics, proposing data-driven strategies to support sustainable growth.QualificationsMinimum 5 years' experience in similar roles within members clubs, hospitality or luxury lifestyle.Strong networking skills and established relationships with HNWI/UHNWI clientele.Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.Results-driven, with proven experience in lead generation and conversion.Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).Ability to thrive in a dynamic and international environment.BenefitsCompetitive Salary.Discounts Across Sunset's Venues and More: Experience the Sunset lifestyle to the fullest with exclusive discounts at all our venues and beyond.Career Growth Opportunities: Your professional journey is our priority.Elevate your career with tailored growth opportunities that align with your ambitions.You can learn more about our company: &
