A. sta cercando un/unaContract Manager Responsabilità:gestione contrattuale del progetto dalla pre-assegnazione, durante la fase di esecuzione e fino al completamento in collaborazione con il team legale, commerciale e operationsesame del bando di gara e preparazione del registro di valutazione dei rischi e del piano di mitigazione affiancando il team commerciale;supervisione dei documenti contrattuali relativi ai progetti e relativa risoluzione di eventuali problemi con un approccio win-win con il cliente preparazione e coordinamento della redazione di variation orders , claims, etc.partecipazione attiva alla redazione del reporting di progetto e alle revisioni intermedie dello stesso Requisiti:formazione ingegneristica e competenze anche in materia legaleottime capacità negoziali e comunicativeesperienza in analoga posizione, nel project control e ottima conoscenza dei progetti EPCinglese fluentela conoscenza dello standard FIDIC dei contratti costituisce titolo preferenzialeSede di lavoro: Milano Se interessati all'opportunità, potete inviare il CV indirizzato a:Marzia Ramella Head of HR & Organization La ricerca è rivolta ad ambosessi.
